Grading Criteria
Grade A+ (SWAP/Refurbished/Insurance Standard)
These device are used, but will be in PRISTINE cosmetic condition.
100% fully tested, and in full working order.
Grade A
These devices are used, but will be in VERY GOOD cosmetic condition.
With only one, or two, very light or minor signs of wear and tear.
100% fully tested, and in full working order.
Grade AB
These devices are used, but will be in GOOD cosmetic condition.
These devices will show signs of wear, from very minor to moderate use, including light scuffs to the screen and casing.
No cracks or serious dents, on either screen or casing.
100% fully tested, and in full working order.
Grade BC
These devices are used, but in general will be in FAIRISH cosmetic condition.
These devices with show clear signs of wear, including scratches on to the screen and casing.
Casing may have dents / dings
No cracks on the screen.
100% fully tested, and in full working order.
Grade C
These devices are used, but will be mixed A-C cosmetically.
LCD may have minor shading, or lacquer peeling from edges, however doesn't impact usage.
100% fully tested, and in full working order.
Grade D
Power up tested to ensure basic functionality.
No bleeding, or clear pixel damage, to the LCD.
Cracked glass, or casing, to be expected.
Minor faults to be expected (Earpiece, Camera, Mic etc but not limited to only these)
Grade E
Power up tested to ensure basic functionality.
Bleeding, or clear pixel damage to the LCD.
Cosmetically there will be clear signs of heavy use.
Cracked glass, or casing, to be expected.
Mixed range of minor, and major, faults to be expected.
No units in ANY grade will be iCloud / Activation locked.
We offer a 14 days warranty for any units that do not match the functionality, or cosmetic condition stated.This also includes network status, and colours, if the original invoice stated which network or a specific colour.
Please ask for the RMA form from your account manager. Once completed and returned, you will be provided with a RMA number. Print the RMA from and include it in the units being returned.
